You can always expect to receive a warm and friendly reception from the hotel staff. The hotel only has 7 rooms, which makes its intimate setting even more appealing. Rooms are perfectly appointed with modern interiors and a large balcony; also furnished with comfy lounge furniture. The balcony is the ideal place to go just before going to bed with a nice glass of wine or upon waking first thing in the morning with a cup of Nespresso coffee. Additional amenities include an IPod docking station, Smart TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, satellite TV and heated floors. Each guest bathroom includes premium toiletries from Charlotte Rhys, MOOOI and heated towel rails. As if this weren’t enough, guest rooms have a complimentary mini-bar, which includes a bottle of the estate’s wine, beers, soft drinks and juices. Complimentary breakfast is also included in your stay. Clouds Estate does not accept babies or children under the age of 16 in hotel rooms.
In addition to the rooms at the main hotel, the estate also has 5 individual villas that are perfect for guests staying for longer lengths of time. The villas offer a level of privacy that the hotel rooms do not and it is for this reason that they are a good choice for honeymooners. Clouds Estate does not accept infants or children under the age of 12 in the villas.
Hotel staff is very accommodating; making your time spent here one that you won’t soon forget. Breakfast offers a large variety for guests to choose from, however, if the breakfast that is laid out for guests every morning is not to your liking, you are welcome to order from their menu. There are 7 signature wines offered at Clouds Estate, once includes a crisp and refreshing Méthode Cape Classique.
